Material & Fabric: We use MDF wood as a base material for the invitation boxes.

Product Color Display: We have made every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please be advised that color varies slightly from one computer monitor to another. If you want to see exact color match, you can order a swatch book from us.

Fabrics: All our boxes are wrapped in faux silk, satin or dupioni silk. On request we can produce boxes in pure silk.

Sampling: Sample order can be placed. The samples can be shipped within in a weed depending on availability of material. All samples are sent via Courier i.e. UPS or TNT. Please contact our sales person if you wish to place a sample order sales@upani.com

Production: Minimum Order Qty for the invitation boxes is between 50 pieces and 100 pieces. We offer customized boxes. We can manufacture boxes in any color, size or design. : We accept orders using monograms for your design. If you have an idea of monogram or any other design, our graphic designer can work on your idea to make your box unique and beautiful. We charge additional for graphic design work. Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks, the production might vary depending on availability y of material.

Payment Terms: We require 100% advance payment for orders less USD 1000.00, for orders value more than USD 1000.00, We accept 50% advance payment and 50% before delivery.

Payment via: We accept payment by credit card via PayPal (secure payment system). We charge 4% additional fee if the payment are sent via PayPal. We also accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer or western union.

Shipment Date: Shipment dates are based on Upani’s best judgment and are subject to change upon production limitations, and hence are not guaranteed. : Upani shall not be liable for delays in performance caused by act of God, fire or other casualty, accident, customs, governmental action or other cause beyond Upani’s reasonable control.

Cancellation: We do not refund money if the order is cancelled during production.

Refunds & Exchange: Since most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
