We ship to most of the countries in Europe, Caribbean South America, Asia and Oceania

International Shipping
Most of the products that we carry are available for international shipping. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed. The shipping charges will be quoted clearly by our sales staff.  Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

Shipment Date
Shipment dates are based on Upani’s best judgment and are subject to change upon production limitations, and hence are not guaranteed. : Upani shall not be liable for delays in performance caused by act of God, fire or other casualty, accident, customs, governmental action or other cause beyond Upani’s reasonable control

Insurance
We insure all our shipments. In case of damaged or lost shipment, the insurance claim will be filed and the refund will be made once the claim is settled by the courier company. Upani will not be responsible for any lost parcels if the incorrect address is given by the client.

Shipping Methods
We currently use three different carriers UPS(United Parcel Service), TNT, FedEx, and UPS (United States postal Service) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.   

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time as below:

North America:  6-10 days   via  courier   (including custom clearance)
UAE:  4-7  days via courier (including custom clearance)
Australia:  4-7  days via courier (including custom clearance)
